For sale is a beautiful set of bow fronted rosewood carved Aesthetic Movement / Anglo-Japanese ebonised shelves.
- They are decorated and ebonised rosewood in cherry blossom carving with bamboo leaves and faux bamboo shelf fronts.
- The shelves are connected by two panels with stylish carving throughout and the top and bottom of the hanging corner shelves are set beneath and above angled carved sections in the same style.
- The fronts of the bow-fronted shelves are stylised as faux bamboo across their edges and set beneath galleries which are beautifully carved in cherry blossom motifs.
- The shelves are in great condition at circa 140 years of age.
