For sale is a clean and simple design aesthetic copper tray from the Scottish / Glasgow school, decorated with repousse Celtic roses.

- Rectangular copper tray with ovoid cut-away handles, decorated at each end with repousse hand worked patterns of Celtic roses and heart-shaped leaves.

- The Celtic rose and raised heart-shaped leaf decoration is symmetrically designed over a punch-marked background and is characteristic of the talented Scottish art metalworkers in Glasgow specifically in the late 19th and early 20th Century with skilled craftspeople such as Margaret Gilmour and Marion Henderson Wilson of note, alongside the rise of the Glasgow School of Art.

- The tray has a rolled edge top to the vertical raised side.
- The tray is in good used condition for circa 120 years of age and remains, beautiful, useful and of a distinct and simple design aesthetic.
