Antiques are Green - The ultimate re-use & recycle ethos

At the heart of Strathearn in Crieff, King St. Antiques is a new shop opening in early December 2021 at number 78; located in a traditional double fronted shop built in the second quarter of the 19th Century.

King St. Antiques is a partnership of two experienced dealers of antiques and art who have been selling exclusively online and via social media in the UK and internationally.  The businesses are Muirhead Moffat & Co. (est. 1894, https://www.antiques-atlas.com/nickbrewsterantiques/) in partnership with W&W Antiques (est. 2018, www.wandwantiques.com).

The 78 King St. independent shop will provide interest to customers stocking genuine good quality antique items with a history.  We are located towards the bottom of the King St. hill just opposite the long-established businesses of Aiton Fine Arts Gallery and Campbells Bakery (just on the right-hand side of the street on the black & white picture in our advert from the early 20th Century).

Muirhead Moffat (info@muirheadmoffat.co.uk), Scotland’s oldest antique dealers, was established in 1894 in Glasgow and after three generations of Moffat’s, we are now on the second generation of Brewster’s and now trading in Crieff.  Known worldwide for the retail of antiques and the manufacture of Victorian and Edwardian furniture we now deal in Scottish antique furniture and good period pieces.

W&W Antiques (wallsandwalls@btinternet.com), a husband-and-wife team with a lifelong interest in antiques, research, and the history of items; trading internationally online from near Crieff since 2018. We are passionate about antique items with distinct character, great design and evident quality from the 17th, 18th, 19th century and into the early 20th century.
