For sale is a lovely Arts & Crafts American art pottery vase.

- Dogwood (Smooth) pattern is a pattern introduced by Roseville Pottery from 1918-1920.
- The pattern features flowering dogwood branches in black and ivory against a smooth, dark green background.
- Roseville Dogwood (smooth) was typically unmarked, but some examples have the shape number and size stamped in blue ink. There were a limited number of shapes from the factory publications (13 shapes) but more are known to exist. Shapes include vases, jardinieres, pedestals, and an umbrella stand.

The Roseville Pottery Company was an American art pottery manufacturer in the 19th and 20th centuries. Along with Rookwood Pottery and Weller Pottery, it was one of the three major art potteries located in Ohio around the turn of the 20th century. Though the company originally made simple household pieces, the Arts and Crafts–inspired designs proved popular, and Roseville pieces are now sought after by collectors.
